A senior Israeli official posted online comments saying the 1945 U.S. atomic bombings of "Hiroshima and Nagasaki were the consequence of Japanese aggression" and that he was "sick" of "self-righteous" commemorations for those killed by the bombings, according to an Israeli news report.
