A dream
A dream is a play
Self scripting
Self producing
Self directing
Self playing
with multiple characters
Intricate plots
but only one audience
-- me
[2]
Roaming along
A muddy road to nowhere
A chariot slowly passing by
Where I climb onto
And lie down
Like every passenger
Fatigue-stricken
Eyes wide open, but motionless
Watching the starless sky
Chariot carries us into a dark forest
And stops at a house
Magnificent with lights
I step into the house
A voice murmuring at my ear
-- Searching your soul
Hidden among those innumerous bottles
Effortlessly I find mine
-Light blue fluid in a crystal bottle
Held against my heart
Soul is flowing into me
And charging me back to my youth
Clapping my hands
I jump out of the house
And leap onto a waiting swan
We fly across the sky
Where fireworks bloom
And my laughers scatter
If there is a place in the universe
To shelter a weary heart
And a restless mind, I wonder.
