jpBE| Nm 那个YouTube里的外国报道,多少有一点错误信息,让人以为当初协和医院看着朱令只能绕头皮,一筹莫展,无能为力。事实上不是这样的,看求救信里的信息,他们做了很多检查,排除了自身免疫性疾病,如红斑狼疮,风湿(ANA,ENA,dsDNA),排除了甲状腺功能异常(T3,T4),Lyme病(蜱虫媒介病)可疑(ZGM(+)),排除化学药物,排除艾滋 (HIV)。最后诊断为急性播散性脑脊髓神经根神经炎。作为中国的一流医院,这样的处理中规中矩,基本合理,唯一犯的大错误是没考虑重金属中毒的可能,太把接触史当一会事了。而恰恰这个大错误被英雄发现了。
